Even in this time of crisis, we want to be there for our customers as best we can. This is why have implemented company-wide measures in order to minimise the negative impact resulting from both the social and economic restrictions currently in place to mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus on our production and delivery capabilities as well as our sales and service activities – while, of course, fully observing all currently valid official regulations. However, the health and safety of our customers, employees and business partners enjoys top priority – now and always.

Production and delivery: no delays so far


We are doing our best to keep supplying our customers as reliably as usual. All of Hako Germany’s production sites and sales offices continue to be in operation. Through implementing a number of measures such as continuously giving out information on how to prevent infections and adhere to both strict hygiene standards and social distancing rules, we are confident that – pursuant to the latest information available – we will be able keep our production up and running and ensure that product sales continue smoothly. Our international sales organisations, too, are acting responsibly by taking appropriate individual measures in line with the statutory provisions, legal regulations and specific framework conditions that apply in their respective countries in order to protect the health of everyone involved.

As a responsibly acting company, we are reacting to the latest developments on a day-to-day basis. Should these developments lead to delays in our production and delivery processes, we will inform you personally or on this page as quickly as possible.

 

Sales and service: we are still there for you


Even in difficult times, it is our objective to keep our service promise and be there for our customers – whenever and wherever they need us. For us, this includes reacting as quickly and dynamically as required in a just as quickly and dynamically developing situation. Your contact partners at Hako are available under the known telephone numbers and e-mail addresses as usual. Upon request, our sales consultants and machine demonstrators continue to be available for on-site visits at our customers’ premises, while of course observing all necessary safety and hygiene measures as well as the rules of social distancing during this interaction. This measure is important in order to protect your own health as well as the health and safety of our employees.

Our service technicians – while of course also observing all necessary hygiene requirements and precautionary measures – are still on the road for you to ensure maximum availability of your machines and minimise the negative impact on your business. Should further unforeseen developments require us to restrict our services, we will inform you in due time.
