Eco-friendly use is one of our top priorities when developing our machines, which means, for example, that we focus on developing efficient solutions with a long service life and low consumption of cleaning detergents. The innovative antibacterial tank coating protects the plastic and reduces fungal and bacteria development. This feature not only extends the service life of the tanks, but also ensures improved hygiene and reduced odour development as well as a lower consumption of tank-cleaning disinfectants.

Hygiene – as well as the requirements associated with hygiene issues – are becoming more and more important, and this applies not only to particularly sensitive areas. As a result, the market shows an increasing interest in products equipped with antibacterial properties.

Hako-LessChem means saving cleaning detergents. Hako’s tailor-made dosing and filling systems rule out incorrect dosing from the outset and guarantee reliably good cleaning results with only small amounts of cleaning chemicals. Using superior products such as our highly concentrated cleaning detergent Cleanol SE ECO, which has been awarded the European Environmental Label, additionally reduce your company’s environmental footprint. 

 

Automatic dosing 

Our automatic, wall-mounted dosing system works according to the Venturi principle: When opening the water tap, the cleaning chemicals are added to the water with negative pressure via a separate hose. The amount of chemicals supplied is defined by a measuring pin. The DVGW-compliant system is equipped with a non-return valve to prevent contaminated water from flowing back into the mains system. 

 

Automatic filling

To provide automatic filling, the hose is connected to the scrubber-drier via a plug coupling. When the solution tank has been completely filled, a float switch stops the water supply. Instead of having to stay with the machine, the operator can use the filling time to carry out other tasks, which ensures a more efficient utilisation of staff capacities.  

 

On-board dosing system

The on-board dosing system is equipped with a variable speed pump. The amount of cleaning detergents added to the system depends on the amount of water supplied. The concentration is infinitely adjustable and remains constant. This reliably prevents over- or under-dosing, even when the operator increases or reduces the amount of water supplied. This system can also be used with machines that are not equipped with a water pump. 

 

FastFill

Hako’s FastFill filling system is particularly suited for applications requiring large amounts of water or jobs that leave little time for re-filling the tank. It consists of either a 150 or 300-litre tank and is very easy to handle. FastFill fills the tank at 120 litres/ minute. A dosing unit guarantees the correct mixing ratio of machine-suitable cleaning detergents.  

Hako-Chemical on Demand

When working with scrubber-driers, Hako-Chemical on Demand ensures that cleaning chemicals are used only when absolutely necessary. 

Innovation for superior cleaning results

 

Cleaning chemicals are used only when absolutely necessary. Lightly soiled floors can be cleaned efficiently and economically without the need for chemicals. To remove more stubborn dirt, Chemical on Demand can be activated at the push of a button. A few drops of cleaning detergent are sufficient to remove the soiling, and the cleaning process can be continued in a cost-saving and environment-protecting manner.

Hako Dust Stop

With Dust Stop, Hako has developed a side brush jacket that reduces the development of dust and fine particulates during dry sweeping by up to 90 % in comparison to conventional side brushes.

When sweeping heavily soiled and dusty floors, the development of dust during dry sweeping can hardly be avoided. Designed as an elastic cover made of high-quality and eco-friendly Linatex, Dust Stop lies directly on the bristles of the side broom and stops the air-generating effect of the rotary motion. The result: Dust and fine particulates are no longer swirled up – which has a positive effect on the cleaning result. Shelves and stored goods remain free of dust, and both the working environment and the machine operator profit from less ambient dust and reduced fine dust pollution.

 

 

A simple idea with maximum effect!

 

Dust Stop can be retrofitted easily – no technical installation required! Unlike conventional dust control systems, Dust Stop uses no water, which means: no streaky floors! In comparison to working with naked bristles, Dust Stop minimises the danger of debris being catapulted out of the sweeping path. Sweeping close to walls or racks is possible without restrictions – and without damaging any objects.
