Versatile: As a three-way tipper with variable hydraulic tipping directions, the Multicar M31 is flexible, for example, in construction site applications or for transporting bulk materials. Unloading is possible in any direction – and maneuvering into free spaces is extremely easy thanks to a width of just 1.63 m and a small turning circle, even in confined areas.

Strong towing: The ball head or pin coupling with a high drawbar load of 150 or 250 kg respectively enables even heavy loads to be transported with stable handling. Just like the total towing weight of up to 7.5 t with a payload of up to 3.1 t and braked trailer load of up to 3.5 t.

Powerful: The FPT turbodiesel with an output of 110 kW (150 hp) is fuel-efficient and low in emissions. If required, all-wheel drive and crawling gear can be engaged at the push of a button. In this way, the Multicar M31 efficiently adjusts to the prevailing conditions and increases efficiency in the process.

Comfortable – and safe!

When it comes to comfort and safety for the user, our standards cannot be high enough. To increase productivity and counteract fatigue, we have ergonomically optimized the design of the cab. With unique, DEKRA-tested safety features and a workplace that can be optimally adapted to the driver, work becomes a pleasure.

Tested and found to be safe: according to ECE-R 29 and even ECE-R 13 (Multicar M31 Hydrostat) for safety in all situations.

Everything comfortably under control: The easily accessible controls and intuitive operating logic increase user-friendliness and working comfort.

The most important things at a glance: The operating and display elements are equipped with LED technology and are clearly arranged.

Optimally illuminated with LED: thanks to energy-efficient lighting equipment with an optimum beam angle.

Complete all-round visibility: with optional camera system (available from Q1 2024) and rear-view cameras.

Recognizing dangerous situations: with optional turn-off assistant, the blind spot is also in view.

Simply see more: through the large exterior mirrors, optionally equipped with additional wide-angle mirrors.

Overhead console control center: a keypad allows quick and easy adjustment of work options such as work lights, windshield and mirror heating, and the front camera.

All buckled up? A contact in the seat cushion and seat belt buckle check for occupancy and use. Warning signals are given if the seat belt is not fastened.

Protected against theft: The immobilizer can only be deactivated with the remote control key.

That's why the Multicar M31 with its high-performance exhaust gas purification system meets the Euro VI E standard - making municipal use even more sustainable and fit for the future. We have also incorporated our corporate responsibility into its development: with innovations that set standards in municipal technology. And with the selection of high-quality materials for a long machine life even in tough continuous operation.

To comply with the strict limits, various exhaust gas purification systems such as a diesel oxidation catalyst and SCR-coated diesel particulate filter as well as a second SCR catalyst are integrated. With success:

Exhaust gas aftertreatment is optimally ensured in all operating conditions
Strong reduction of nitrogen oxide and particulate emissions
Municipal use becomes even more sustainable and future-proof

Four models for every challenge

Four basic types of the Multicar M31 model are available. Depending on your individual requirements and the job on hand, you can select different features and equipment options. This is made possible by the consistently modular vehicle concept we apply when developing our Multicars. You can choose between a short and a long wheel base, 4x2 and 4x4 drives, 2- or 3-seater cabins and many more additional options increasing the vehicle’s economic efficiency, working comfort and safety.

Multicar M31 Hydrostat – Professional implement carrier with hydrostatic drive

Hydrostatic drive, three different options are available:
- 1 circuit with a gear pump,
- 2 circuits with a dual gear pump,
- 2 circuits with an axial piston pump (high pressure comfort hydraulics)
No clutch, no wear and tear
Infinitely variable speed, adjustable via the accelerator pedal or a hand lever
Always the perfect speed range for every application, thanks to two different drive modes and a crawler gear
Perfectly suited for municipal tasks such as snow ploughing, sweeping, mowing and collecting leaves
Particularly safe thanks to the unique Hydrostat ABS. Disc brakes at all four wheels ensure short braking distances. The 4-channel ABS actively intervenes whenever a wheel is about to spin.
