Tip, complaint or reporting of a violation

 

All employees and external stakeholders can confidentially report tips, complaints and violations of the Code of Conduct, human rights or legal regulations to our responsible compliance officer. For this purpose, the completed contact form is forwarded directly there. 

Alternatively, the message can also be sent by e-mail to compliance@hako.com.

Anonymous messages can also alternatively be addressed to an ombudsman. In this case, do not fill in the contact form, but send an e-mail directly to: compliance-possehl@pfbs.de

The processing of your confidential tip takes place in individual steps:

a) Informing the whistle-blower about the complaint procedure and possible consequences by the compliance officer or ombudsman (in the case of anonymous whistle-blowers).
b) Investigation of the facts by the compliance officer, if necessary in cooperation with the ombudsman and experts, e.g. the representatives of the severely disabled or members of the works council.
c) Examination of the facts by the compliance officer to determine the extent to which there was actually discrimination, if necessary in cooperation with the ombudsman.
d) Notification of the result to the complainant and the respondent by the compliance officer or ombudsman.
e) Taking countermeasures by the compliance officer or the ombudsman.
f) Monitoring of the effectiveness of the measures taken by the compliance officer.
